Overview of Megalopolis
Atmos' Megalopolis project aims to create privately owned, futuristic cities around the world that prioritize advanced technologies, infrastructure, and design. These cities will be built in regions with a high degree of morality and conformity, such as East Asia, to ensure their longevity and success.
Residents of these cities will benefit from cutting-edge technology, including advanced transportation systems utilizing AI facial recognition, fast internet connectivity, and efficient energy systems. The cities will be constantly upgraded and modernized, providing a stimulating and inspiring environment that motivates residents to work hard and achieve their goals. In addition, these cities will offer all basic necessities, such as food and entertainment, making them self-contained and self-sustaining. Overall, Atmos' Megalopolis project promises to create vibrant, modern, and inspiring cities that push the boundaries of what is possible and offer a new vision of urban living. Though Atmos' Megalopolis Project would initially start off on just Earth, Megalopolis would expand beyond Earth and possibly develop the first large-scale functional major cities on the planet of Mars and Moons of Jupiter and Saturn, with global business centers, and more, with the help of government space agencies, Atmos' division for aerospace, and potentially other aerospace companies.
Support for New Businesses
Any and all businesses which wish to operate within private cities of the Atmos Megalopolis project must gain approval from the Atmos Megalopolis Business Approval Committee. Atmos will only approve businesses which are dedicated to innovating, improving global quality of life, increasing happiness (if you're going to say "well, a hospital doesn't increase happiness, but hospitals are vital", you are wrong, as hospitals do ultimately increase your happiness by fixing you and making you healthier), and value morality and ethics. The Atmos Megalopolis Business Approval Committee will vote to decide whether or not a company is doing this, and these votes are overseen by the CEO of Atmos. We would like to emphasize that we do not care about any money we could potentially make if a company that wishes to join Atmos private cities is conducting immoral actions in order to maximize profits. That means Meta/Facebook, Coca Cola, and many more companies, will be banned from operating within Atmos private cities under the Megalopolis project. Businesses that receive approval from the Atmos Megalopolis Business Approval Committee will be eligible for various benefits, such as a waiver of rent for a specified period of time, and more, provided that they operate in a manner that serves the interests of the city’s population.
The Living Situation
In Atmos Megalopolis cities, the living situation would be highly advanced and modern. The apartments would be designed with futuristic technology, energy efficiency, and comfort in mind. These apartments would be available at an affordable cost, ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality housing.

City Security

Security personnel may also be deployed throughout the cities to ensure the security and well-being of residents and visitors alike, however, Atmos aims to work towards eliminating the necessity for human presence as security personnel. In addition, the cities are designed with the latest in safety technology, including automatic fire suppression systems and advanced smoke detection systems. With these sophisticated security measures in place, residents can feel confident that they are residing in one of the most secure cities in the world. We would also like to emphasize that the data we collect via our technologies such as artificial intelligence facial recognition, biometric identification, and our intelligent surveillance cameras throughout Atmos Megalopolis cities, is not utilized for any unethical purpose. Atmos’ formal pledge to the public is that we will never employ this data for unethical purposes and we will never engage in immoral actions with your data. The President of Atmos will sign a document, displayed to the public, stating so.
On the topic of higher-level security, because cities created under the Atmos Megalopolis project would (hopefully) be so prosperous, they would be a great target of attack for enemies of hostile countries. It is for this reason that they could consider launching a nuclear-armed intercontinental ballistic missile to detonate nuclear warheads over these cities in an effort to destroy them, to force the respective country (in which this given city is located in) into submission, just as the US did to Japan in World War 2 (the detonation of two atomic bombs by the US, one over Hiroshima and one over Nagasaki). To mitigate this threat, Atmos'
Global Shield would have a very large presence in Atmos Megalopolis cities (there would be many locations around and in safe parts of the city for ICBM, warhead, and short-to-medium-range missile interceptors to be deployed).
Law Enforcement
The determination of whether an act constitutes a crime within the Atmos Megalopolis city is based on the jurisdiction in which the city is located, and not solely on the Atmos Corporation's policies. If an individual commits a crime within an Atmos city, their biometric data, including facial recognition, will be used to locate and remove them from the city. This will be done in cooperation with national law enforcement authorities, and the offender may be subject to a temporary or permanent ban from all Atmos cities, depending on the severity of the crime. To ensure compliance, Atmos Intelligent Surveillance Cameras/Sensors will monitor the individual's biometrics data to ensure that the individual does not re-enter an Atmos Megalopolis city, and if they do, they will be removed again by Atmos Personnel.
Government System
Atmos Megalopolis Cities would of course be subject to the laws of the country its located in. If we build a privately-owned city in Japan, we are expected to follow their laws, if we build a privately-owned city in China, we are expected to follow their laws, etc. However, cities of Atmos will have a form of a government as well, where major decisions are made. The government system would be partially democratic, meaning, you can choose what happens in the city and its private laws, and the people who run it, to some degree. Atmos is a privately owned company and Atmos Megalopolis cities are largely privately-owned. If you don't like it, then you can leave. We create things for the people, but we don't think the majority of "the people" would make very wise decisions in these elections. Though we very much support democracy in the world, the greatest argument against it is to have a 5 minute conversation with the average voter, and for that reason, we don't think a fully democratic system would be ideal for Atmos private cities. Atmos welcomes criticism from anyone, including individuals and other organizations. If anyone has any negative comments or misunderstandings about Atmos or its leadership, they can approach us to interview us (our executives or anyone of Atmos Personnel) to address these concerns. We are committed to being transparent and clearing up any misconceptions or falsehoods about our company. Should Atmos ever become corrupt, you may stop supporting the company in any and every way to essentially starve it to death via bankruptcy. We simply do not believe that a 100% democratic system is ideal for Atmos and its cities due to the previously-mentioned reasons.
