increasing humanity's ENTHUSIASM, productivity, & more

the megalopolis initiative of atmos corporation; modernizing humanity

in the year 2023, humanity should be living in a world with modern technologies in modern cities, not underdeveloped & dirty cities.

The sad reality is that the majority of cities which exist across all of the regions of Earth are painfully outdated. For example, just have a quick look at Paris on Google, in the image section. You'll find yourself looking at a heavily outdated cluster of horrible-looking buildings, for the most part. The same goes for Madrid in Spain, Istanbul in Turkey, the vast majority of cities in the US, Russia, Indonesia, and every other country. Even the capital of the United States, the country that most people consider to be the most powerful one, looks severely outdated in virtually every aspect. Fortunately, countries such as China and just a few others, are building high-tech cities which use modern technologies and are visually up-to-date. However, 3 or 4 Earth nations is simply not enough. The whole world needs to be participating in this effort to modernize all cities, so we don't end up living in the 1900s forever. I don't know about you, but knowing what we're capable of in the 21st century, I wouldn't want to be living in ancient Rome forever. I know that we're so much more capable than we currently seem, and I don't want to be living in the same old and outdated time period forever, because I know we, humanity, can do so much more.

Now, just for a minute, let's forget about this ancient Rome stuff. Try to imagine a world where every city you can think of on the globe (and across the solar system) is utilizing advanced modern-day technologies, is actually visually appealing, is efficient, and allows for fast transportation. That's a future that we should all aspire to live in, because why would you want to live in a future full of highly outdated and inefficient cities knowing we are capable of transforming them into highly efficient, visually appealing, up-to-date cities? We've had so much time to start creating modern cities across the globe, and across the solar system. It's been about 55 years since we first landed a human on another world - the Moon, yet, we haven't even sent humans beyond Earth a single time since then. If you asked someone in 1969, when Apollo 11 launched, about how the year 2023 might look, there's a near-certain good chance that they would have said "many big cities on the moon, flying cars (or something similar), a futuristic sci-fi looking Earth, robots controlling all stores", and more", however, we haven't come close to any single one of those. Not a single one have we come close to. Just think about that. No people on the Moon, let alone cities, nothing like flying cars, no futuristic-looking Earth, etc. The average person likely would have predicted those things, yet we don't even have a single one of them. That needs to change. World Education needs massive reformation, and the world needs less discouragement, and more optimism and enthusiasm, especially when discussing the future of our civilization.

a glance at nations pushing for modernity vs. ones who aren't:

there are those who will say "but you're taking the worst images of nyc subway and the best images of china's subways", however, the point is, even if we displayed the best image of the nyc subway and the worst image of china's subways, china's subways would still look unimaginably better.

MAJOR CENTERS OF INNOVATION

Modern cities across the world are major centers of innovation and intelligence (collective human brain power). In these cities is where work that changes the world is conducted. You look at Tesla, they are headquartered in Austin, a major city in Texas, also being the 11th largest city in the US. You look at Tencent, they are headquartered in Shenzhen, a major city in China which is highly modern & futuristic. American Express in New York City, Samsung in Seoul, Sony in Tokyo, Amazon in Seattle, SpaceX in Los Angeles, Twitter in San Francisco, and much more. Modern cities foster innovation.

easy access to transportation

In major cities, there is really no need to drive your own vehicle around have to deal with refilling its gas tank or recharging its battery all the time. Instead, you can simply take a train to your destination using modern subway systems with modern technologies implemented. It is fast, efficient, and easily accessible. Modern technologies reduce the amount of time you spend trying to access the train, by utilizing technologies like AI facial recognition (which of course must be ensured to be used for ethical purposes only) & more.

a high degree of morality & conformity

A modern city is practically pointless if the people of the city do not have any degree of morality and conformity, because the city would be instantly trashed and destroyed by them. Private cities created by Atmos under the Megalopolis project would ensure that such cities are built in regions where the people possess a great amount of conformity & morality relative to other regions. To put it simply, because we would put in a great amount of effort into making cities under the Atmos Megalopolis project so great, we wouldn't want them to get destroyed after being invaded by people with no morals. For this reason, Atmos Megalopolis cities will be built in regions such as East Asia (Japan, China, more). Atmos Megalopolis cities would contain people who greatly value morality and conformity.

modern, lively, active, motivating

The constantly active and lively atmosphere of Atmos Megalopolis cities would motivate and inspire you to get important things done. This 24/7/365 lively atmosphere of Atmos Megalopolis cities coupled with the fact that these cities would feature highly-advanced technologies that were never before seen would make these cities the most motivating place to live. When living in these cities, you are surrounded by hard-working determined people with a high degree of morality, as well as technologies, infrastructure and buildings that are modern and are continuously upgraded, as well as all basic necessities (food, entertainment, more).
